Alimentaria & Innovation tour Bunge | 25-28 April | Barcelona

Published: 26-01-2016

Food Valley offers you a chance to exhibit at Alimentaria in Barcelona, 25-28 April. Join us with your own booth or Taste & Try session in the prominently located Holland Food Valley pavilion.

Alimentaria is Spain’s main international event for food, drinks and culinary industry professionals, attracting 140,000 visitors and 3,800 exhibitors. Its focus is on innovation and international matchmaking. The Holland Food Valley pavilion will be situated at a prime location in the first hall near the main entrance to the show. The pavilion is located on the main walkway, amid many international exhibitors and Spanish companies.

Taste & Try
The pavilion will feature fresh food samplings prepared by Erik te Velthuis, chef of the Top Sport Restaurant at Papendal, the Dutch national Olympic training center in Arnhem. Te Velthuis, Food Valley NL and the participating companies will jointly determine the menu on offer at the Holland Food Valley Tasting House. The main areas of focus will be obesity and reformulation of food products. The Taste & Try sessions will be catered on location. Food Valley NL will provide for food preparation, the serving of samples at tables in the pavilion, and a brief introduction to each sample dish.

In the months leading up to Alimentaria and at the show itself, Food Valley NL will promote the trade show and the sampling sessions through and other channels.
