CSK opens new subsidiary on Wageningen CampusPublished: 10-06-2016, | Member: CSK Food Enrichment
CSK food enrichment will bring its marketing, sales and R&D activities under one roof in the brand new Plus Ultra building on Wageningen Campus. CSK expects the new location to be operational in the first quarter of 2017.
“CSK has an ambitious growth strategy focusing on market-oriented innovation. That’s why we’ve decided to concentrate our marketing, sales and R&D departments in one inspiring new location,” says the company’s general director, Sanne Melles. The high-profile Wageningen location will follow on the heels of CSK’s ultra modern production facility in the northern Dutch city of Leeuwarden, which recently went operational.
Plus Ultra will have more than 7,500 m² of floor space. CSK will lease 3,000 m² to house its state-of-the-art laboratories, research facilities, offices and a pilot plant. The building is located in the heart of Wageningen Campus, home to Wageningen University and Research Centre and many innovative food companies.
R&D director Wilco Meijer and Marketing & Sales director Andre de Haan will work side by side at the new Wageningen location. “Wageningen Campus offers an inspiring, cooperation-minded atmosphere with many talented professionals,” says Wilco Meijer. “We want to gear our product development to our customers’ needs even more than we already do,” De Haan adds. “Our goal is to support the dairy industry ever better.”
